The Frank J. Ruck Leadership Institute stands as a beacon of professional and personal growth at the heart of our fraternity’s commitment to developing tomorrow’s leaders. Two of our own, Nico Del Boca and Fernando Menendez, recently had the opportunity to attend this program and returned with great experiences to share.
Nico Del Boca, inspired by the facilitators at the Ruck Leadership Institute, emphasized the profound impact the program had on him. “To my facilitators at the Ruck Leadership Institute, you guys have inspired me to be a better man and lead my chapter to greater things,” he shared. Reflecting on a favorite quote, “Impact the few, to inspire the many,”
For Fernando Menendez, the Ruck Leadership Institute exceeded all expectations. Over four days, he immersed himself in education, development, and the practical application of the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership. “The Ruck Leadership Institute exceeded any expectations I might have had. Four days of education, development, and application of the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership have left an incredible impression on me,” Fernando said. He extended heartfelt thanks to his facilitators, SigEp Grand Chapter President Brad Nahrstadt, Prestigious Alumnus Roy Sye, and his colleagues on Team Yellow. “I am ready to take these skills to not only my chapter but to my life as a whole,” he added.
